Mold in the Pacific Northwest Seattle Bellevue Areas
Seattle area home in Lynnwood,Wa was just built two years ago. When the renter called us for a Mold inspection we knew this was a serious issue. Most think newer home couldn’t possibly have a mold issue, well this is just not the case. Mold is everywhere the enviorment is right for its growth. It takes just a little water and then the problem starts. We arrived to the property and performed six mold sample methods to give the owner the information needed to get started remediating the problem. The results came back that toxic mold was growing in this newer home.
